Institutional Commitment to Combating Human Trafficking
1. Our Mission
Human trafficking is a serious crime that violates fundamental rights to freedom and dignity. It involves the exploitation of individuals through coercion, deception, or abuse of vulnerability, for purposes such as sexual exploitation, forced labor, begging, domestic servitude, or organ trafficking.
In Portugal and around the world, this problem persists — often hidden — and demands vigilance, cooperation, and collective responsibility.
2. Our Commitment
Our website is fully committed to raising awareness about human trafficking.
As a private and digital entity, we recognize our ethical and social responsibility to act consciously and responsibly toward this global issue.
We pledge to:
-
Implement internal initiatives to prevent and raise awareness about human trafficking;
-
Promote educational and informational campaigns within our digital community;
-
Cooperate promptly and transparently with national and international authorities whenever there is suspicion or evidence of trafficking;
-
Maintain active advocacy efforts, supporting collective actions to combat this severe human rights violation.
3. What to Do if You Suspect Trafficking
If you become aware of or suspect any situation related to human trafficking, report it immediately to the appropriate authorities or contact one of the helplines listed below.

4. The Importance of Awareness
Every action matters.
Reporting a suspicion, sharing information, or supporting awareness campaigns contributes to eradicating one of the most heinous crimes against humanity.
Dignity is not negotiable — silence is the traffickers’ strongest ally.
